Everything on a page like this is easy to assert. So each reason below links at the mechanism behind it — and further down there is a list of people who should not choose us, which is the part most services leave out.
Us, a bidding marketplace, an essay mill, or writing it yourself. Categories rather than named competitors — describing another business’s conduct is something we cannot verify and will not do.
| Us | Bidding marketplace | Essay mill | Doing it yourself | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Who writes it | One matched specialist who accepted the brief | Whoever bid lowest and fastest | Unknown, often undisclosed | You |
| Who checks it before you see it | A second reader who did not write it | Usually nobody | Nobody | You, at 3am, on your own argument |
| How the price behaves | Quoted firm, then fixed for the order | Bid, then revised upward | Cheap headline, paid extras | Free, costs time |
| What happens if it is late | Automatic refund, no claim to argue | Dispute with the freelancer | Support ticket, then silence | You miss the deadline |
| Who knows who you are | Your manager. Not the writer | The freelancer, directly | Unclear, often offshore | Nobody |
| What they refuse to do | Exams, logins, others’ assessments — published | Whatever the freelancer accepts | Very little | N/A |
| What you learn from it | Depends what you ask us for | Little | Nothing | The most |
On a bidding marketplace the incentive is to win the job, not to be right for it — so the person best at bidding gets work in subjects they are weakest in. We offer briefs to specialists in the actual subfield and they choose whether to accept; a brief nobody suitable accepts comes back to you rather than going to whoever is free.
This is the single biggest structural difference in the category and the one most services quietly skip, because a second read costs money and cannot be automated. It is also why our return rate is publicly around one piece in five — that figure looks bad and means the check is real.
Watch for services where originality reports, formatting, references or a "senior writer" are add-ons. The headline is engineered to be the lowest number on a comparison site. Our extras list is short, opt-in, never pre-ticked, and printed on the pricing page beside what is already included.
The test of a guarantee is whether you have to fight for it. Ours is stated as a term in the contract and pays out without a form, because a remedy that requires you to argue is not a remedy — it is a filter designed to reduce claims.
Direct chat with a freelancer means that person has your name, your institution and your deadline in their own inbox, outside any system. Our specialists never see identifying fields — the separation is enforced by the platform rather than by asking people to be discreet.
A published refusal list is cheap to write and expensive to keep, which is exactly why it is a useful signal. Ours has no discretion attached: no manager can approve an exception, and nothing is charged where we decline.
The honest row. Writing it yourself teaches you more than any purchase, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. If you ask us for feedback on your draft, a structure or a plan instead of a finished piece, you get most of the learning and most of the help — and it costs less.
This list stays above the fold on our own why-us page. Marketing has asked twice for it to move down.
Including the two where the honest recommendation is not to order.
Enough time to do it properly, a real brief, and a specific subject. A manager reads it, quotes firm, and you get a model answer with the reports and fourteen days of revisions.
Editing is charged at roughly half the writing rate, most institutions permit proofreading and language editing, and you keep the learning. This is the order we recommend most often and advertise least.
We will not tell you your regulations permit this, because we do not know and the exposure is yours. Read your policy, then come back — with the alternatives most policies do allow already in mind.
Under twelve hours we quote by hand, and often the answer is that a good piece cannot be produced in the time. Extensions and mitigating circumstances exist and are badly underused — that route is usually better than anything we could sell you tonight.
Marks depend on a marker, a cohort and a rubric none of us control. We guarantee the brief is answered, the sources are real and the work is original — not an outcome. Any service promising a grade is telling you its first lie before you have paid.
Six things you can check yourself rather than take on trust. Each one would be straightforward to catch us on.
Ask for the second-read note on your order. If two people had not read it, there would be nothing to send you.
The five checkpoints →A published figure that moved the wrong way, with the reason under it. Marketing does not write those.
Quality assurance →Critical reviews sit at the top of the page with our replies. A filtered review page never shows you the one-stars first.
Reviews →The rate card is printed per page, per level, per deadline. Compare your quote against it before you approve.
Pricing →Every advertised promise appears as a clause in the terms. If one is missing there, it was marketing.
Terms of service →The access matrix lists every field, role by role, including the ones marked hidden.
Confidentiality →A manager answers real questions before you order, and will tell you when the answer is that you should not.
