Sites in this category publish grids of university crests under headings like “trusted by students at”. The crests belong to institutions that have no relationship with the service, have not consented, and would object if asked. We are not going to do that, so this page says what is actually true instead: no university partners with us, none endorses us, and none ever will.
What is below is the useful version of this page: the conduct rules we hold ourselves to around campuses, what an integrity office can and cannot get from us, and where we think institutions and a service like ours have a genuinely shared interest — which is narrower than we would like, but not zero.

No flyers, no stalls, no accommodation drops, no sponsorship of societies, and no advertising through students’ union channels. Not in any market, including ones where competitors do it openly.
No university names, crests or logos anywhere on this site, in any advertising, or in any "trusted by" grid. If you find one, it is an error and it will be removed the same day.
We do not recruit teaching staff from institutions we have clients at, do not cold-approach academics, and do not ask any specialist to use materials belonging to their employer.
We will not write to you about a student, confirm or deny that someone is a client, or supply information to a panel. The confidentiality runs in both directions.
Invigilated, proctored or remote assessments, and anything requiring a student’s institutional login, are declined at intake with nothing charged. No manager can approve an exception.
Our plagiarism policy tells students plainly that most institutional policies prohibit submitting our work as their own, and points them at their own regulations rather than reassuring them.
You are likely here because of a case. Read this before writing to us, so the reply is not a surprise.
Our own conduct is a different matter from a student’s, and we would rather hear about it from you than not.
