What this agreement does and does not do
Commits us to a fixed quoted price, a named specialist and independent quality review.
Commits us to free in-scope revisions for 14 days and a refund where we fail.
Puts your confidentiality beyond our discretion — two people, no institutional contact.
Does not promise a grade, and does not permit passing our work off as your own where your institution forbids it.
Does not cover examinations, proctored tests, or logging in as you.

Obligations, both directions.

A contract with duties on one side only is not a contract worth signing. These are the substantive promises in clauses 3 to 9, side by side.

No resale, redistribution or publication of what we deliver

This clause matters more than any other on this page, so it is stated without hedging. We supply material for reference, learning and revision. How you use it is your decision and your responsibility.

4.1You must comply with your institution’s academic integrity regulations. Those regulations govern whether, and how, material of this kind may be used or cited.
4.2Submitting our work as your own where your institution prohibits it breaches those regulations. We do not encourage it and we accept no responsibility for the consequences of it.
4.3We will not produce work for a task your institution has told you must be unassisted, if you tell us that is the case — and we expect you to tell us.
4.4We do not accept briefs for examinations, in-person or proctored assessments, or anything requiring us to act as you.
4.5We cannot and do not advise you on whether a particular use is permitted. Read your own policy; if the honest answer is that it is not permitted, do not order.
