Refund & cancellation policy

When you get your money back, stated before you spend it.

Most refund policies exist to make claiming difficult. This one names every refundable situation, every excluded one, the deduction at each stage of cancellation, and the clock we hold ourselves to. Check your situation below in one step.

An academic manager
The four rules behind everything below
01If we fail, you are refunded. Late delivery or an unmet brief is our cost, not yours.
02Revision comes before refund. Fixing the work is usually what you actually want, and it is free.
03You pay only for work done. Cancel and the deduction reflects the stage reached, nothing more.
04A grade is not a guarantee. We do not refund a mark you hoped for where the brief was met.
Eligibility

Find your situation. Get the actual answer.

Not a tone of voice — the outcome, the deduction, the clock and what you need to supply. Nothing here differs from what a manager will tell you.

Refunded in full, automatically.

Late delivery by us is the one situation with no assessment at all. Your manager opens the claim the moment the slot passes — you do not have to notice it, raise it, or argue it. The work remains yours to use if it is still of any help.

Cancellation

Cancel at any point. Here is the deduction at each one.

Your manager confirms the exact figure in writing before anything is deducted, and you receive whatever has been produced at that stage.

What is not refundable, and why we say so here.

Publishing the exclusions on the same page as the guarantees is the point. You should know these before you order, not while you are disputing something.

NOT COVERED · 01

A grade below your hopes

Where the work met the brief. Marking is an academic judgement made by your institution and outside our control — any service guaranteeing a grade is guaranteeing something it cannot deliver.

NOT COVERED · 02

Requirements you changed later

New requirements are new scope and get a new quote. Anything inside the original brief remains a free revision, and your manager tells you which of the two applies before doing the work.

NOT COVERED · 03

Delay caused by an unanswered question

Where we asked something the brief could not answer, evidenced the asking, and the deadline passed waiting. We will always show you the message and its timestamp.

NOT COVERED · 04

Claims raised after 14 days

The revision and refund window closes 14 days after delivery. Raise anything inside it — a manager will always extend where you were waiting on us for part of that time.

One exclusion we will not make

We do not refuse refunds on the grounds that you used the work in a way your institution disallows. That decision was yours and its academic consequences are yours, but it has no bearing on whether we delivered what you paid for. Those are separate questions and we keep them separate.

How to claim

One message. No form to download.

Tell your manager what happened, in whatever words you have. They open the claim themselves — you are never asked to fill in a template to be taken seriously, and there is no portal to navigate.

WITHIN 1HAcknowledged. Your manager confirms the claim is open, at any hour, and tells you what happens next.
SAME DAYAssessed against the brief. The original brief, the delivery and the correspondence are read together — not your claim in isolation.
FIRSTRevision offered where it would help. Free, scoped in writing. You may decline it and proceed straight to the refund decision.
5 DAYSDecision in writing. With reasons, from a manager. Never a template, never "as per our policy" with nothing after it.
3–10 DAYSMoney returned. To the original payment method. Card refunds usually clear in three to five working days, bank transfers up to ten.
IF REFUSEDEscalation, then external routes. Quality lead within two working days, then legal@legitassignmenthelp.com — and your statutory consumer rights and card chargeback remain available throughout.

A policy you can read in five minutes, before you spend anything.

That is the whole idea. If a line here worries you, raise it with a manager before ordering rather than after.
